Hello Sam,
the mileage is stored in the odometer, the eeprom 25P08 has to be reprogrammed.

Hello,
Whoever sent you this picture probably didn'y pay attention about the year/model of your vehicle! The 2002-up Dodge Ram has an ST9 micro (QFP package not a PLCC). The secondary mileage is in the ECM.

I forgot. This micro is an HC11E20 and this is probably the picture of a 99-up Lincoln Towncar's cluster circuit board.
