hello,
i open a dash from a saab 93 1997,i didn t fidn the s130 ors220,i found something else,but it was IC3 ref.
which version is it?

Hello,
What does it say on the chip? Yazaki?! with some kind of 4-digit reference like 3814 for example? If it's the case, it's pretty strange Shocked because those eeproms are mounted on SAAB 900's dashboards.
