Hi There,
I have recently bought a diga consult and am a complete noob at mileage correction. I am based in India.
My Problem is as follows:
I wanted to correct a mileage on a Skoda Fabia 1.4 TDi PD with 93c86 chip. I opened the meter and located the chip and put the clip on the chip. (As directed by the diga consult). However, the Diga is not able to see the correct mileage. If I use the adjust KM menu and enter the new mileage value, the diga would just say "Working" and then I would get the error "Data Not Equal, Adjust clip and press any key".. I have tried to adjust the clip many times but am still getting the same message.
I have the latest version on the Diga but have had no luck with the mileage correction.
Can somebody Please help?? |

1st you can not do a skoda 2008 with didi box , also if its a clone box you may not be able to read eeprom correctly. mine never did without adjustment.
do you get a full dataset when you read chip?

I know its not a clone as it was bought from Diga. Anyways, I don't know what you mean by a full data set, if you mean the old KM value, then no, I only get 48560 as the old value when the fabia has done 5500 Kms. When I use the read function, I do get the data from the EEPROM. I am connecting Diga directly to the 93C86 Chip on the meter.. |

| is there any crystals to join? are you putting the red wire on pin1? are you plugging into the correct port? try using another port ont he board and read again |

you can not do a 08 skoda with diga box, simple as that.
you can do ANY vag after june 2006. it wont go ,thats why i had to buy a dp3. does the blinking lot. cheaper than aresold F))ker. and in colour.
You may need to hunt. |
