| Hi people i have just bought one of these blue handheld dash fixers, tried to use on 1999 vw bora, would not bring up the correct mileage, instead showed 048850 as value on screen, whereas the dash reads 113034 miles.!? also tried with a 2000 passat b5 again no joy any help please...?? |

go to show and press <OK> to see the Datasheet if it read the eeprom
if the datasheet shows 000000 you have a problem with clip or connections
if you are using Diagnostic be sure that the ignition is in on position
