Mercedes A Class - Mileage and coding change

hi folks

I want to be able to alter the milage on my Mercedes A Class 1999 - I dont want to just do it once so think it best if i can get hold of the equipment and do it myself.

I also want to be able to do a coding change to make changes to how the alarm functions, also known as the netherlands alteration to make it beep

As im just doing this for one car cost is an issue, can anyone advise what i need and the cost?

just the name of a cheap interface and the software would be fine

you could buy a clone box from china ecu tools and do it as much as you like . it goes up the obd scocket easy 1 minute job.
if you live in manchester area you can get your car corrected for £30 a time
