is it mileage in dash and bsi zero or dash zero and mileage in bsi ..i have the soldering points on bsi using sw13 cable. bsi 95040. working with diga programmer.

Hi,
You have to write the kilometers in the dash and write 0000 in the BSI.
After, put by first the bsi in the car and the dash in second. Your BSI will have the same kilometers than your dash.
