Mileage Correction E class (2007)

Had my car done a while ago and I must say I was well impressed with the work (he let me watch) very skilled and careful.

We did have a problem with the reset service assist mileage, it didnt move for 4500 miles until he rejigged the settings. He told me that this was only the second one that had this problem, something to do with the particulate filter, and the last one was a 56 plate with the same "build" software.

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem?
