I'm a newbie as unexperienced as they come
I managed to correct the km on my own VW and for a couple of friends, but this was pure luck, it just happened to be an easy procedure. I tried to correct my wife's Civic (2002 LX Coupe) through the OBDII port with no luck.
I have TACHO Universal (Ver 2006). Can someone give me a direction on how to do this, or point me to the right place where I can find more information.
Peace out! |

Hello philibe,
itīs possible to correct the mileage on a mileage on 2002 Honda CIVIC . It is an eeprom programming, you have to remove and open the odometer and program the eeprom with a clip, but you need an odometer correction unit like the Diga-Consult to do this.
But that doesnīt count for only one model, the DIGA-Consult is a professional tool for service work! look here www.diga-soft.de
Otherwise you can come to our garage or sent us your odometer and we can do the milleage correction. More information you can find: www.tachoteam.de
Regards,

You can do it with your Tacho Universal, although this tool is a clone
of diga its procedure is the same. you can do your honda with the same procedure as diga
The only difference is when you program some MCU like honda CRV with 912be32 its stuck in status Working...... but after 10 seconds programming is successfully done without error
also for some eeprom it stuck in the status "Data equal Programming successful" and not return to main menu
This is the difference between the original box and the clone one
So I am not satisfied with the clone box
you can download some instruction of your Tacho Universal here
