| Hi, I'm new to this. I managed to correct the miles on few VWs for myself and friends in the past and it was very simple, but I realize i just got lucky. Now I'm trying to adjust the KM on 2004 Mercedes C230 Kompressor through the OBDII port, using TACHO Universal (version Apr 2006). I follow these steps: Mercedes > C-Klasse > W203 7/99- > Adjust KM > then I see the message "Put the clip number on the EEprom 93C86 and press OK" - here's where I don't know what to do. When I press OK, the OLD VALUE either shows 000000 or 097120 (this is not the car's actual KM, plus this number doesn't change after driving the car). Can you give me instruction on how this is done? Thank you. |
