how corrected a tacho of golf 4, 1999 , with DP3 ?

by is the catch diag or necessary to dismount the tacho ?

Hello,

a tacho of golf 4, 1999 can be corrected with DP3 via diagnostic. Itīs not
necessary to dismount the tacho.
