would it be possible two correct the odometer on a 2007 camry the way as the older camrys exp. 1997-2001 and 2002-2006 altering the eeprom

Hey I now have the digi consult, I have problems programming a 93c46 camry odometer. I have a eprom clip on the chip, but the programmer, reads 666655, and when I look at the hex it's all 00 like it's not even reading.
I see in the help guide to jump over the silver crystal. But all I see is a 3 pin crystal, what pins do I jump? I do program this odometer with a eprom programmer without doing anything to this crystal, so I don't know? I would like to share info with anyone in the USA.....thanks
