I am still having problems contacting Marc at DisTools. Does anyone use a DisTools unit, who is still in contact with him?
He seems happy to reply to sales enquiries but is not returning calls or emails from me, although he was paid a signifant amount over 3 months ago and has not yet shipped anything.
I WOULD WARN ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY FROM DISTOOLS (www.distools.com) TO BE CAREFUL - I have a large sum of money with this company and they refuse to ship anything or even speak to me now. |

Don't send money to this man, take care a lot.
This man is a thief and does not give you what you paid for.
And there is a guy at Egypt who have recently received incomplete order from him after 6 month, and he have collected a lot of data about him and soon he will be in jail.
So take care a lot. |

For all who still have problems with Marc@Distools {www.distools.com sales@distools.com}, contact me by email to provide you with the lawyer's info that is handling this case now in the United States, and if you only want to help attach any of the emails regarding your current/past complains with him.
Don't trust this man, and ignore what you see on his contact info "DIS, Inc. is a Maine registered company. You can check it out yourself at"
This is INTERNET FRAUD
Dashfix.net, it is better that you contact him to remove your info from his service centers list!!!
Or join this private message reply at least to state that you have been no longer provider to any of the tech support anymore to Distools's customers especially after your post dated {Thu Feb 17, 2005 with subject DigiDIS from DISTools.com also a DIGA-Consult?}!!! |
