Hi, how much would it cost to take my Megane Privilege 2001 down 35000 km off and is there anywhere around b`ham? I know its not illegal to change it but it is illegal to sell the vehicle on with out declairing it. would you or the ppl who could do this for me inform or keep records of my vehicle which would possibly be passed on?
